Select Help | About (Alt+H, A)

Ctrl+right click on the ReportSmith icon in the upper left of the dialog six times

Ctrl+right click another ten times and the icon will flash each time you do it

Ctrl+right click once more to get the Easter Egg

Ctrl+right click on the icon (or press Alt+F4) once more to remove the screen
